• Valid email address
• Active mobile phone number registered in Indonesia
• Date of birth
• Residential address in Indonesia
• Preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah / IDR)
• Secure password meeting our security requirements

You may only register one Account per person. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual, household, IP address, or device are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to create duplicate accounts will result in the suspension or termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or winnings.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing your first withdrawal, ulti43 requires completion of the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You must provide the following documentation:

• Identity Verification: Clear, legible copy of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), showing both front and back sides.

Verification typically takes 1-24 hours during business days. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and to verify Account ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4. Deposits and Funding Your Account

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ulti43 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available in Indonesia:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically ranging from Rp 20.000 to Rp 100.000. Maximum deposit limits are set based on your Account verification status and VIP tier. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

4.2 Deposit Processing and Fees

Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB) are typically processed instantly, within 5-15 minutes. Deposits made outside banking hours or on weekends may take up to 24 hours to process. E-wallet deposits are processed instantly 24/7.

ulti43 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees or charges, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

4.3 Source of Funds

You confirm that all funds deposited into your ulti43 Account are from legitimate sources and are not derived from any illegal or criminal activity. We reserve the right to conduct source-of-funds checks and request documentation proving the origin of deposited funds, particularly for large or unusual transactions. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and return of funds.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request a withdrawal of your available Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed)
• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100.000
• Maximum withdrawal amount per transaction varies by VIP tier (standard users: Rp 50.000.000 per transaction)
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your legal name
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawal

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times depend on your Account status and VIP tier:

5.3 Withdrawal Fees and Limits

ulti43 does not charge fees for the first three withdrawals per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same month may incur a processing fee of 1-2% or Rp 25.000, whichever is greater. VIP members may be eligible for unlimited fee-free withdrawals depending on their tier.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

6.1 Bonus Terms

ulti43 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback rewards, and free bets. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including:

• Eligibility: Bonuses may be restricted to new users, specific deposit methods, or certain VIP tiers
• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses require you to wager the bonus amount a specified number of times (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) before winnings can be withdrawn

6.2 Bonus Abuse

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market. General sports betting rules include:

• Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the governing body of each sport
• If a match or event is postponed, bets typically remain valid if the event takes place within 48 hours; otherwise, bets are voided

12. Termination and Account Closure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if:
